After adding the "CaseCreation" profile to a Mailbox a user has an error when
creating a case if he doesn't log out/log in

Fix For: 1.7.3
Go to the Manage tab, and add the "Case Creation" profile. The Draft tab is not
displayed. Click several times in the UI until the tab is displayed. After this
go to Draft and create a Case. The following exception is thrown:
