Updating my DM instance with latest Studio theme changes makes my server crash

On my Studio project, I had a branding enabled as default theme.
I unchecked this and saved. Then, on my DM instance, I logged in as
Administrator, went on the Update Center and clicked on the Update button to
update my instance with the latest Studio changes. My server crashed, but after
I restarted it, the changes are correctly applied.
