In general, sort elements alphabetically in selection lists and pop ups.
* "Choose a resource" pop up
* "Choose life cycle" pop up
* Schemas list on the Definition tab of document types
* Content views drop down list (in the Content views subtab of document types
for instance)
* Tabs in the "Default Tabs Filetring" subtab of document types
* schemas drop down list in Layout definition screens
* "Select an existing operation" drop down list
