When running the Jboss pack under Windows, as bundles files were in the
classpath, we can't move them to the proper place: Windows lock them.
So, I added the possibility to make the pack in two steps:
- preprocessing: with a full classpath
- packaging: with a lighten classpath to prevent jars from locking.
