The popup should be like this :
- Lifecycle defines the state that your document can take.
- One button : "Define a new lifecycle": if the user clicks, it save the
document and redirects him to the lifecycle editor (back button should work)
- Then the text : or select an already defined one:
- List of lifecycle states
- Buttons : Cancel, Select
