Chain bound to the event handler is not correctly saved when creating the chain
from the Event Handler editor

Create an event handler, then click on "create" on the "operation chain"
section of the handler editor.
First little problem is that it asks you to save although it would be better it
doesnt
Then, problem is that if user goes back to the handler editor there is no
selected operation and the recently created one is not visible.
Note: It looks like it is because the operation is not saved with the good
profile (UI versus Core automation chain)
