Resolved by compiling pdftohtml from source -
[root@vera004 pdftohtml-0.39]# tar -xvzf pdftohtml-0.39.tar.gz
[root@vera004 pdftohtml-0.39]# pwd
/srv/home/lkolchin/pdftohtml-0.39
line 22 replace
GBool HtmlLink::isEqualDest(const HtmlLink& x) const;
with
GBool isEqualDest(const HtmlLink& x) const;
[root@vera004 pdftohtml-0.39]# make
[root@vera004 pdftohtml-0.39]# cp src/pdftohtml /usr/bin/
