Private and Public dashboard tabs on a Social Workspace
Public dashboard tab is seen only by administrators of the social workspace
The view_social_collaboration_dashboard view should display the private
dashboard if the user is a member of the Social Workspace, the public one
otherwise.
Both dashboards are created just after the Social Workspace creation.
