Mailbox management: owner and affiliated mailbox selected values are not

On the Edit subtab of the mailbox Manage tab, the owner of the mailbox is not
displayed. The field is in read-only mode, but there is no selected value
displayed. So users can't know who is the owner of the mailbox.
For affiliated mailbox, the previously selected mailboxes are not displayed
either. So users can't know which mailboxes are affiliated to the current
mailbox, and can't remove them from the affiliated mailbox if they need to.
