Keeping Parent / Child mailboxes

Do we keep the concept of parent / child mailboxes?
Currently, the behavior is:
* mailbox B has a parent mailbox (mailbox A)
* the delegates of the parent mailbox (mailbox A) see the child mailbox
(mailbox B) in the My mailboxes list.
Maybe giving them full access to the mailbox is a bit too much?
