Comment for "nothing": By extending a document type, you will inherit some
configurations done by default on the type you inherit (metadata, facets...).
If you select "nothing", you will only have "Dublin Dore" metadata. Select File
if the main goal of your document type is to hold a binary, and Folder, when
you want to create a custom Folder.
