Resolution: Fixed
Fixed by forbidding override of Case or CaseItem types, as the default
definition is needed to ease up configuration of specific types (so complete
re-creation of these doc types is not possible for simpler screens):

The default "CaseItem" can be disabled in the interface by not including it in
custom case types.
The default "Case" cannot easily be disabled, waiting for mailboxes
configuration, but can still be hidden by disabling it in XML extensions.
