Install Studio projects in plugins directory

When manually downloading a Nuxeo Studio project, it says to install it in
$NUXEO_HOME/nxserver/plugins/.
Whereas when installing it from the Update Center, it goes in
$NUXEO_HOME/nxserver/bundles/.
Technically, there's no difference between bundles and plugins directories but
both methods should be consistent. I would recommend to use the plugins
directory which is dedicated to such a usage (if so, we'll need to manage
removal of previous versions which were deployed in bundles/).
Also, with the current behavior, what happens if I manually installed a plugin
in plugins/ then automatically install a new version from the update center ?
