Relation and User UI Refactorization

Management of My relations in Social Collaboration needs to be refactorized. We
need to have a better ergonomy.
Into the "Relation Network" Tab in Home 2 sub-tabs are proposed :
- "My relations" that displays all my relations with pagination, and gives
possibility to filter by kind of relations
- "Users" that displays all users with pagination. I have the possibility to
make full text query to look for a user
I have some actions for each user displayed :
- Add a relation with me
- Remove a relation
- Go to his profile
- When I click on the kind relation of relation I had with a user, I navigate
to the tab "My relation" with the kind of relation on which I has clicked.
