Summary of what happens when clicking on these actions via Route tab.
First, document must be LOCKED to see the action button that opens up the menu.
Delete - OK
Modify - OK
Move down - OK
Move up - OK
Add after - user is taken to their INBOX
Add before - user is taken to their INBOX
