When you try to access DAV URL (http://SERVER/nuxeo/site/dav/) you get
redirected to login page instead of getting 401 response. This makes that
almost none WebDAV client can connect correctly to Nuxeo.
It seems that at some point the specific authentication chain for WebDAV gets
ignored or is replaced or removed by standard authentication chain.
