Resolution: Fixed
removed template prefs.
Copyright is now reused from eclipse jdt templates
(Use ${copyright} in your ftl template)
Also, author tag on class comment will be extracted from jdt code templates
configuration if any. Otherwise no author will be displayed in the class comment
