"Cast vote" and navigation buttons not always displayed (IE only)

With IE, the "Cast vote" and navigation buttons are not always displayed in the
Poll widget when the poll is a bit long.
For instance, on starship, when I log in as Administrator, I can't see the
buttons from the "Content" tab of the default domain (which is the page I'm
displayed by default when I log in). But if click on the "Polls" tab of the
default domain, the buttons are displayed.
Same thing occurs on Workspaces for instance.
But if I go on the "Polls" workspace, arriving on the "Content" tab by default,
the buttons are displayed.
