Move the "CaseItem" feature to a facet on a document type

Currently we can create a new CaseItem type by inheriting from the default
CaseItem type.
We want to be able to distribute any document type inside a Case: if a doc type
has the facet "CaseItem" then should be available to create it from a Case.
