add these actions to the "title_and_permlink" widget type for easier styling of
actions.
Note that this widget type has been modified so that :
- the version label does not need any field definition to be displayed (use api
on core session instead)
- the title displayed is the actual version title (instead of the current
"live" document title)
- also display the permlink when document is a version
