Sometimes the annotators find entities with duplicated variant names (example
in French):
-> Mouammar Kadhafi
-> Colonnel Kadhafi
The first one will be resolved to the DBpedia entry for Muammar Gadhafi while
the second one will be linked to a local entity called "Colonnel Kadhafi"
without any link to DBpedia.
The current UI allows the use to "re-link" the document to point it to the
"Muammar Gadhafi" entity. However it does not delete the automatically created
entity "Colonnel Kadhafi" upon-relink which causes pollution of the local
entity base with accumulation of dupes.
