User action can have a confirmation script before execution

It should be possible, when configuring a user action, to have a check box to
have a confirmation box with yes/no options. if "no" is clicked, link is not
followed.
The first level of implementation could be a generic message: "Do you really
want to run this action ?" (generically translated)
A better implementation would allow to fill a message (that can be i18ned)
