The "available document types" popup does not close when the "close" button is

A user tries to create a new case via the Draft tab in their mailbox. When the
user clicks New, the "Available document types" popup opens but it cannot be
closed by clicking on the "X" (close) button.
Note: It is possible to close the popup by clicking outside of its area.
