append multiple files in deployment-fragments

In seam hot-reload, we're defining one resource bundles for each components. At
this time, we can't update the deployment fragment when adding new components.
For solving this issue, I've added the {{match}} attribute to the {{append}}
command in pre-deployment. If specified, all the matching filename in the
{{from}} folder are appended to the {{to}} file.
