Note that the "relevance" sort is just what the default sort does when no ORDER
BY is specified. So what the ticket actually wants is a way to deselect all
ordering criteria.
One way would be to change the columns to be tri-state: ASC, DESC, and not
selected. Clicking on a new column wouldn't deselect the first one.
