I am not sure of this one. For instance, I think we forbid to create schema
"file" because it existed and did cause problems when deploying.
I think there is no usecase in "overriding" an existing schema. People can just
add a new one on a document type. Anahide, if you don't see a main problem, I
would add to the forbidden list for schemas all the existing ones.
