The Nuxeo IDE should be able to detect the Nuxeo SDK versions that it supports.
For example, because of the changes in the reload code on server side - last
version of Nuxeo IDE will not be able to use the Nuxeo SDK that were used by
the previous Nuxeo IDE.
Find a way to detect this at runtime.
