And here is how to easily reproduce the issue:
Prerequisites: A case created with at least one case item; a standard user with
a mailbox exists.
1) Log in as the standard user
2) Open the case with a case item
3) Open the "Personal Workspace"
4) Open the route
=> the "Distribution" tab is visible now
Now to make the Distribution" tab disappear:
1) Navigate to the "Document Base"
2) Click on one of the user mailboxes
3) Navigate back to the "Personal Workspace"
4) Open the route
=> the "Distribution" tab is NOT present
Another way to reset the erroneous "Distribution" tab (after it was activated):
1) Navigate to the "Document Base"
2) Open a case WITHOUT a case item
3) Open the "Personal Workspace"
4) Open the route
=> the "Distribution" tab is NOT present
This looks like a "positive" filter gets activated upon displaying a case item
and then it gets reset in the 2 above-described scenarios. I'll check the
mechanism behind it.
