User cannot create a Document type whose name is the same than an existing
schema

Fix For: Short term backlog
It is not possible to create a "File" document type because the system
automatically creates a "file" schema which is forbidden by the validation as
"file" schema already exists.
If the schema exists, the system should add a suffix like _studio. and the
controle should really be made on the schema name,not on the document type
name.
