We want all the modules being compiled with the maven GWT plugin. We also want
to make them integrate in nuxeo through the nuxeo-webengine-gwt module.
* upgrade gwt to 2.4.0 and guice to 3.0
* unify the modules build
* provide a backward JAR for guice 2.0 (shinding 1.1-BETA5-incubating is
dependent from internal package)
