nuxeodb is the "pg cluster" name when using the "Autoconfigure PostgreSQL"
option, the user and db names are nuxeodm.
This message can occur when the nuxeodb cluster exists but the nuxeodm user/db
don't:
- they were not created correctly on install,
- something else created the nuxeodb cluster.
