Version 1.6.6:
- remove nuxeo setup/teardown from funkload and selenium target in accordance
with NXBT-337: this is now done in the pre-integration-test and
post-integration test phases in the pom
- set launcher.max.start.wait and launcher.max.stop.wait to 5 minutes
automatically when preparing the application servers
