With IE 9, there is no scroll bar issue : all the content is displayed (without
scroll bar).
However, the gadgets that are bigger than their content with IE 7 have the same
behavior with IE 9. (the polls gadget has a scroll bar + empty space below the
polls navigation)
The width issue also occurs, but there is a scroll bar this time.
