User should have ManageEverything rights to their route folder in their mailbox

As a user (not administrator) I have a mailbox.
In my mailbox I have a "Routes - userName () " folder.
I only have Write access to this folder by default, I do not have
ManageEverything.
If I create a route, there is no MANAGE tab available because I do not have the
perms on the folder.
The tests are clicking on the Manage tab.....but it does not exist.
A user should have manage everything access for his "Routes - userName()"
folder in his own personal Mailbox
