Here are two variations : equilibrium & neon.
Plus I tried with a video (html 5) background :

We talked with Laurent, he reckons that nuxeo login screen should be
appreciated by serious decision-making people, so rather no
illustration/kawaï/nice & colorful… Alfresco has no fun at all login screen.
