Resolving.
Issues left the TCK that would need bigger refactoring:
* filename and size not queryable, so not returned in some queries that should
really return them;
* versioning model differences such that the id of the oldest version is not
the same as the id of the doc created in state checked in (because in Nuxeo
it's the live doc).
