Resolution: Won't Fix
Won't fix as described, this would change other expectations: if a doc is
created in the checked in state, listing the folder that contains it wouldn't
return its id... This is at least as strange for client code as the problem
this ticket describes.
In the current state of the connector we are hampered by the fact that the
versions are not filed in the folders in which the live documents are created.
Changing that would imply much deeper changes though.
