Restart button does not work after installing a market place package that needs
restarting (tested with explorer)

After installing the Explorer market place package, a warning explains that the
server needs to be restarted (because the package is not validated for the
target platform).
When clicking on the Restart button (see attached explorer_restart_button.png),
nothing happens (nothing in the logs either).
Moreover, if you click on Finish, you get a nice Webengine stack trace (see
try_restart_after_explorer_package_install.log).
