- migration of existing data // initialization of new palettes
- update login template
- update CMF new configuration
- update of old additional theme presets on 5.5 for compat (check admin and

- check needs for additional modules like social collaboration.
- add help messages for migration (for CAP/DM + CMF)
- fix BrandingFeature#isSameAs to avoid being asked to save again when leaving
the page (as it's not needed when nothing changed)
