This is back to the problem that the ZIP format doesn't specify character
encoding for the filenames and there has to be some autodetection.
In addition here the accents should also be re-normalized as from what I see in
the screenshot a decomposed form is used. See NXP-6749 for details on a similar
mechanism used and the code.
