In the Local Configuration tab, the tooltips lose their style after I enabled /
disabled the local configuration features.
To reproduce:
# Go on the Local configuration sub-tab.
# Display the Theme tooltip (for instance).
# Click on the Enable button of the Theme local conf.
# Display the Theme tooltip.
# Click on the Disable button of the Theme local conf.
# Display the Theme tooltip.
-> The tooltip has no style anymore.
