org.nuxeo.connect.proxy.ntlm.host or nuxeo.http.proxy.ntlm.host : for the host
name of the Windows machine hosting the Nuxeo server
org.nuxeo.connect.proxy.ntlm.domain or nuxeo.http.proxy.ntlm.domain : for the
name of the domain to authenticated against
