When creating {{SimpleCorePublishedDocument}} with a proxy document, the proxy
needs to be detached to avoid error when trying to access properties.
We cannot use the non-unrestricted user Session to refetch the document as the
user does not have always the right to read the document, for instance when the
publication is pending.
