Fix For: 5.5
On Tomcat, always download nuxeo-cap, and activate one of the wizard preset,
default to nuxeo-dm.
For testing Nuxeo DAM, we just have to activate the {{nuxeo-dam}} preset, same
for Social Collaboration and CMF.
