ChainSelects don't refresh correctly after ajax rendering

In Nuxeo DAM, the standard coverage and subjects widgets don't behave correctly
with AJAX rendering, when editing and saving an asset: the widget in view mode
do not display the new selected value in edit mode.
For the coverage widget, the value in view mode is displayed with:
