Launcher/wizard don't handle multiple occurences of the same key the same way

If, for whatever reason, I have multiple instances of "nuxeo.wizard.done" in my
nuxeo.conf
- the launcher uses the last one
- the wizard only modifies the first one
This means that if I have multiple instances of "nuxeo.wizard.done=false", once
the wizard is done, it changes the first one, but the launcher still launches
the wizard instead of the "real server". The restart at the end of the wizard
then never completes.
