Unable to copy files from local drive to target WebDAV folder using finder

1. Use MAC OSX finder to connect to the Nuxeo WebDAV folder.
2. Copy an existing file from a local drive to this WebDAV folder.
3. Copying results in a "You do not have sufficient permission" error and file
is not copied/created.
Other clients such as CyberDuck work fine. This problem does not occur when
connecting to a httpd+mod_dav enabled WebDAV folder using MAC OS X finder.
