Moved naming support in module {{nuxeo-runtime-jtajca}} except of the
{{InitialContextAccessor}}. API for naming setup and binding helpers is
accessible through {{org.nuxeo.runtime.jtajca.NuxeoContainer}}. See upgrade
notes for details.
