Selenium tests set a preference to the browser launching tests so that :
- the news frame is not displayed on login page (to avoid having to wait for it
to be rendered in tests)
- the alert popup at restart from admin center is not displayed as its presence
sometimes messes up webdriver tests.
With new browser, playing with the browser preference may interfere with
browser detection by GWT for instance => migrate code to use a property set in
nuxeo.conf instead.
