Improve the {{FileManager}} service:
* Use it instead of {{jmimemagic}} to guess the mime-type of a file.
* Add APIs to get metadata from a given file.
Update {{nuxeo-platform-imaging}} to use these new APIs to extract EXIF and
IPTC metadata from images.
=> Remove Mistral library.
